$8000 Tax Credit EXTENDED!

N ovember, 2009. Good news for first time home buyers. The $8,000 tax credit has been extended to April 30, 2010. You must have a home under contract by this date and close by July 1, 2010. The tax credit has also been expanded to include homeowners who have lived in their home for any 5 consecutive year period. More info here
